Caregivers & Safety

We have a rigorous hiring process. Every caregiver must pass a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Background Check, provide professional references, and hold valid First Aid/CPR certification.
We strive for consistency so that a bond of trust can form. While we aim to send the same person, we always have a qualified backup available in case of illness or vacation.

Our caregivers provide medication reminders to ensure doses are taken on time. For specialized medical administration, please ask about our nursing-level services.

Payments & Scheduling

Because every client’s needs are different, we determine the hourly rate during the free consultation. Factors include the level of care required and the number of hours booked.
We handle billing directly. After our initial discussion and agreement, we will provide you with an invoice and discuss preferred payment methods.
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid a service fee.

Insurance & Government Funding

We recommend checking with your specific provider. We can provide detailed invoices to help you submit claims for reimbursement.
